I am starting this blog to share my thoughts about Life, Leadership and More. I have forty plus years in senior leadership positions, including CEO and CFO positions, president of my own consulting business, board chairperson, board member, active community member, high school sports official, husband of nearly fifty years, father of two, papa to four beautiful grandchildren, friend and confidant.
I love life and I stay positive as best I can. I have lived through many adversities both personal and professional and I have made it to the other end smarter and stronger.
I have learned many things about decision making in my professional, personal, and sports officiating experiences. I am not afraid to make the tough decision in a timely manner.
