It has been two weeks since the presidential election and there has been no concession from President Trump. For some reason the President is avoiding the enevitable. Why? I do not know. In the meantime the purge continued today.
Former United Auto Workers Vice President Joe Ashton was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in federal prison Tuesday for taking $250,000 in kickbacks from a union vendor, the second-longest sentence issued during a years-long crackdown on auto industry corruption. Another one bites the dust.
I feel bad for the election workers and the secretaries of states. They busted their tails to get it right. There reward, having their reputations dragged through the mud and a senseless series of lawsuits. Makes one wonder why anyone would do the job in the first place.
I wonder why so many Rebublican Senators and House of Representatives are sitting back and allowing President Trump to make a mockery of the transition of power. I wonder if he will even show up on January 20, 2021.

This weekend MSU lost 24-0, Michigan was down early 28-0 and the Lions gave up 21 straight points to the Washington Redskins. That means the opponents scored 63 points while our local teams scored 0, nada, nothing. Only the Lions were able to pull out a win.
Deer hunting started Sunday. On opening day, I almost got me a six pont buck while driving down Geddes Rd. He ran right in front of my car and then stopped and went back into the woods. Fortunately I saw him in time to brake and not hit him.

Stay safe, wear your mask, social distance and wash your hands.
